Pet Care Policies at Pawliday Inn

To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, Pawliday Inn enforces strict boarding policies that require proof of current vaccinations before any services are provided. All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP (which includes Distemper and Parvovirus), and Bordetella vaccinations. Additionally, our daycare rules stipulate that all dogs must be maintained on a regular parasite prevention program, which includes protection against fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites. Pawliday Inn reserves the right to refuse services to any pet that does not meet these vaccination requirements or shows signs of illness or contagious conditions.

A credit card on file is required for booking your reservation in accordance with our boarding policies. For boarding, a 50% deposit is required, and the balance is due at pick up. Deposits can be refunded if you cancel outside of 48 hours before the reservation date. Please note that a No-Show or cancellation within 48 hours will forfeit any deposits. There is a 2-night minimum for weekend boarding (Fri-Sun). 

Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit for your entire reservation amount, with the balance collected at pick up. Additionally, our daycare rules specify that holidays require a 7-day cancellation window. Cancellations or No-Shows within this 7-day period will forfeit their 50% deposit. Please ensure you are aware of our vaccination requirements prior to booking. All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Our regular operating hours for drop-off and pick-up are 7-10 a.m. & 4:30-6:30 p.m. Owners must adhere to these boarding policies and agree to pick up and drop off pet(s) during these hours unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by the Kennel. A late pickup fee of $5.00 for each 10-minute period, or any portion thereof, will be charged for all pets not picked up by 6:30 p.m. Additionally, we expect that our Owners comply with daycare rules by disclosing any known behavioral issues, including but not limited to aggression, fearfulness, resource guarding, separation anxiety, escape tendencies, or any prior incidents involving bites or injuries. Furthermore, please ensure that all pets meet our vaccination requirements before their stay.
